在华润微电子的高科技研发团队里,有一支清一色的“80后”队伍,无论什么时候出现在大家眼前,他们总是激情飞扬,好学上进,颇有“初生牛犊不怕虎”的精气神,他们,是华润矽科MCU系统室工具组。

2010年,为支持华润微电子新款集成电路芯片的销售,需要研发C编译器。当时,这还是国内无人问津的“禁区”。迎着众人质疑的目光,他们没有迟疑退缩,立即在无锡展开了研发工作。大家分工明确、精诚合作,没有督促、没有命令,只有努力、努力、再努力。惠泉山下,古运河边,夜深了,华润矽科研发大楼的窗口还时常透出星星点点的灯光。历时近一年,这群年轻的团队成员终于实现了国内C编译器零的突破。交付客户使用以来,几乎没有接到过投诉。

“这支团队里没有天才,但所有的人都在朝最高目标努力着。”同事们如是说。

以往,年轻的团队由于工作经验不足,往往设计周期长,客户反馈多。但“蚁兵连”没有丝毫抱怨,在不断提高自身专业水平的同时,他们虚心向前辈们请教。前辈们也诲人不倦,主动为他们提供帮助,解决难题,甚至会拿出自己收集的资料来分享,使他们在工作几个月后就能独立承担项目。

如蚂蚁般团结一心,迎难而上,这就是华润矽科MCU系统室工具组,一个顽强的“蚁兵连”。

华润纺织特细支纱生产线上,千百根纱线正在高速飞旋的纱锭牵引下,逐渐化为细如发丝的高支纱线;一群年轻姑娘的身影,如蝴蝶般轻盈地流连在白色的纱海中。她们,是聊城华润纺织特细支纱女工。

这是一支充满激情的团队,在没有任何成功经验可供借鉴的情况下,她们不断进行大胆尝试、创新、优化,建立了特细支纱线在设备、操作、质量等多环节的固化标准,逐步形成了特细支纱生产的技术和市场优势,使华润纺织成为世界特细支纱领域的领先者和唯一长年稳定在超细支纱万锭以上生产能力的专业化供应商。

这是一支吃苦耐劳的团队,许多女工需要一人看管十来台车,一个班8小时,她们要不停地在各台车之间走来走去,检查断头等等。按每台车70米算,一天就要行走80多公里。劳累的远不止是脚,还有眼睛。在快速的走动中,还需要眼疾手快地将其中的断头接上。

这是一支充满智慧的团队,在用工方面大胆探索和创新,提出改进建议20多条,实现了新的劳动用工组合方式;改变纺织企业传统的看台方式,实现了接头、清洁、换纱三者分离,大大提升了值车工的看台能力。

这支年轻的团队,她们将自己的靓丽青春点点滴滴铺撒在每一根纱线上,为人们编织着五彩斑斓的服装,也为自己编织着美好生活的梦想。

工作中,总能听到这样的抱怨,所有怨言指向的,正是华润包装品管部化验室。别看他们平均年龄不到30岁,但工作中重事实、讲原则,一丝不苟的工作态度颇有“少年老成”之感。而这“中规中矩”的作风,也就不时招来了其他同事的“怨言”。

化验室主要负责公司原辅料、过程产品和最终产品的分析检验工作,岗位性质决定并要求这个团队中的每个成员从样品取样、分析到出具报告,都要秉承严谨的工作态度,不得有丝毫马虎。他们深知“责任”的分量和“产品质量”对于一个企业的意义,于是他们努力践行“把简单重复的事情做好就是不简单”的信念,从不会因熟练而产生疏忽。

无法忘记去年那个炎热的夏天,由于公司外环厂区拆迁,在整理完外环厂区的化验器材后,圩塘厂区新20万吨项目即将开车,要求必须在最短的时间内把原化验室的所有物资全部搬迁。而此时,新、老生产线均开车在即。时间紧,任务急,各项工作迫在眉睫,即便在这样的情况下,他们沉着冷静,迅速理清思路,合理分工。大家加班加点,任劳任怨,在短短两天时间里把所有试验设备、试剂物品、仪器备件等全部搬运安装到位,仪器调试实现一次性成功,保障了车间准时开车。

在聚酯生产的第一线,虽然没有万众瞩目的光环,但品管部年轻的成员们用青春和汗水浇筑着产品质量的基石,默默奉献,总能带给我们别样的感动。

三好工程推进办公室,是一个充满活力的团队,年轻的员工们有想法、有活力、有组织、有拼劲,在不到一年的时间里,就成为了华润三洋青年群体爱岗敬业、开拓创新的又一朵奇葩。

在华润物业,有一支公关团队,他们就像一座全新的桥梁,连接着业主和华润大厦及湾景中心商场上千位租户,在为租户们提供最优质服务的同时,也向外界展示着华润的风采。

在香港华润大厦进行翻新工程期间,施工给租户带来了诸多不便,刚开始,公关部接二连三接到投诉,处理投诉成为了那段时间最让人头疼的事情。但公关部团队始终不逃避问题,勇于接受挑战,迎难而上,耐心倾听租户诉求,尽力为他们提供最佳解决方案,及时处理各类投诉及纠纷,最终赢得了租户的尊敬和信任,投诉率逐步降低。

除了本职工作,公关部时刻不忘肩负的社会责任。在全球倡导环境保护、低碳生活的大环境下,公关部积极配合,举办了一系列环保回收活动,例如号召租户捐出旧书、旧计算机及计算机配件;定期邀请环保机构举办减碳讲座,鼓励租户参与其中,为香港环保出一份力;每年举办不同类型的演习活动,如火警演习,帮助租户提高防灾意识,了解大厦消防及逃生路线;邀请香港红十字会合办“爱心捐血日”,为社会上有需要的人士雪中送炭。

日复一日,华润物业公关部始终如同一个亲切的大管家,在每个清晨,微笑着迎接大家,为大家提供贴身服务。
